The Female Orgasm

First, most women don’t have a clue about how high a really good orgasm can take her, because most have never been there, and the reason is the guys in their lives don’t know how to take them there. It’s not that they intentionally shortchange their gals, but metaphorically, how can a guy who has never experienced anything other than Little League baseball, play in the Major Leagues? There is a great deal more to aa woman’s pleasure than men realize.

Next, if you were born with XX chromosomes you have to deal with issues that men don’t, but you were blessed in a number of ways that men were not. All women understand the first part of this, few women understand the second, and it’s time we all do. This is one of the reasons I write erotica. I want to show men how to reach the Major Leagues. The goal of my books is to teach at the same time as I entertain. Once a woman experiences what happens when she hooks up with a properly educated guy, she will understand why I believe there is a Goddess in heaven.

So, in order for the situation to be improved, binary women need to understand their physical fulfillment requires educated men. Not to put too fine a point on it, this means men need to learn a lot more about women. How? How do women get men interested in learning a lot more about them? One way, often unexplored, is to begin with men understanding more about themselves, so in order to arrive at the Female Orgasm, we begin with the male orgasm.

What exactly are men’s erogenous zones? Most women believe they know the answer to this question but there may be more to this than they think. For me an erogenous zone is any part of an individual that enhances their experience of sex.

Men have two major erogenous zones (EZ’s) involved with sex and either can produced a male orgasm.

               o One is in the tip or head of his cock.

               o The other is along the shaft of his cock.

There are affiliated erogenous zones (AEZ’s) in his nipples, and his pudendum, but they are not nearly as extensive as what women have in these regions and are not capable of producing an orgasm by themselves. Another AEZ is his lips, and interestingly enough, when their function is properly understood, so are his eyes.

Eyes play a role too. Here’s a “not new news” flash. Guys like to look at naked girls. LOL! Yes, it’s true, they do, and just about any way a naked gal is willing to present herself works for guys. A naked or nearly naked girl, or one who’s seductively becoming naked stimulates a part of a man’s brain in ways no physical sensation ever will that combine with and enhance the physical sensations. Ultimately for him, his full experience is enhanced by the physical pictures she presents along the way, intermittent connection of his pudenda with hers, his nipples with hers, his eyes with her eyes, and his lips with hers. When accompanied by clear and well expressed joy on her part the whole package takes a guy as high as he can go. It actually takes all of it working together to approach what a man can come to learn is truly “great sex” for him.

Then there is another often unrecognized male “erogenous zone” and that is his partner. Looking into his partner's eyes adds to his pleasure, and most definitely, so does his emotional reaction to her physical reactions.  If a man is driving a woman crazy, and she responds authentically in a way that lets him know, this drives him as crazy as the physical sensations happening in his body.

During sex, both of a man’s EZ’s can fire at once. The male orgasm lasts between four to eight seconds, and the primary EZ sensations can extend for a period of about thirty seconds afterwards, and that’s about it. On the other hand, AEZ contributions do not diminish afterwards and, properly nurtured, can last long time.

The speed of a man’s stroke brings his orgasm on faster and typically insures both of a man’s erogenous zones firing together which is why most guys tend to thrust in and out quickly.

There are problems for men with this speed though. The speed of his thrust does stimulate the EZ in the tip of his cock quite well, but it does not properly stimulate the EZ along the shaft of his cock. The result is that during his orgasm this EZ does fire some, but not as much as it could, and the result is an orgasm for a man that is not as intense as it could be.

Depth of stroke is also important for men too, as the only way to fully engage all of the EZ along the shaft of his cock is a nearly full penetration. Deep penetrations also engage the AEZ in his pudendum which enhances his entire experience if he knows how to do this correctly.

The only way for a man to engage the AEZ’s of his nipples, pudendum and lips is the missionary position. These AEZ nerve centers add to his sensations during sex and intensify his orgasm, so for great sex, a couple can use a multitude of positions during sex and should certainly include his eyes, but he needs to conclude with the missionary position.

After a man’s orgasm, his pleasure can be extended for a long time but not at the level of his orgasm. This period is often called “Afterglow” and guys who are really into women develop a thorough appreciation for this. It is like scaling a mountain peak far above a valley and then coming down to a high plateau looking down on that valley. The plateau may well not be as exciting as the peak, but it is still a wonderful place.

Lips and kissing also play a big role. Kissing accentuates the nervous response of all of our nerves, both in men and women, so kissing during sex elevates a guy’s experience, but it is practically impossible for any guy to kiss in the midst of his orgasm but kissing leading up to it puts a glow on things for guys just like gals.

In spite of what you see in a lot of porn videos, and allowing for the fact that variety is nice, finishing in the missionary position with slow deep strokes, the woman thrusting her breasts up into his, along with sensuous kissing, followed by a nice long, luscious Afterglow is how a man actually achieves his maximum pleasure. The science behind this is simple enough. This combination is how a man’s nervous system gets as fully engaged as possible and kept engaged as long as possible. Once men feel this whole package a few times, things begin to change for them, which is why women need to understand about the overall male sexual response.

The problem is many men don’t take the time, and this shortchanges them as much as it does their women, but the great thing for women is that once a guy gets into this, great sex is pretty easy for a couple to do. So now let’s switch the discussion to women; and girls, if you truly investigate what I am teaching, this will be revolutionary for most of you. One thing right off of the top, it’s a lot harder for a guy to do all he can do for his girl, than it is for her to do all she can for him. For men, taking good care of their gal as opposed to truly great care of her is literally the difference between a Little League baseball player, and a Major Leaguer. When a gal finds a guy willing to do all he can for her, it is a good indicator that he’s a keeper, and this is what usually happens as neither can keep their hands off of their partner. There is a lot more about this in my books, but that is off of our point for the moment. For now, let’s look at a woman’s orgasm, and medical authorities debate the fine points of some of this, but as far as I am concerned, “practical purposes” rule, so for “practical purposes,” women have four major erogenous nerve centers (EZ’s), each of which is capable of producing an orgasm. They are:

               o The Clitoris, which is located between the labia, above the vagina.

               o The Introitus, which is the entrance to the vagina.

              o The combination of G and A Spots which are located close together, the G spot is about an inch                 in, and the A Spot up another inch or so also on the u upper side. The G spot is also known as                       the Grafenberg Spot and is an erogenous about an inch into the vagina. The A Spot is the Anterior                 Fornix. Some authorities consider two these different “Spots” and medically speaking that’s true,                   but since a guy who know what he is doing can stimulate both of these at once, I consider them                    sort of one and call it the GA Spot.

                o The O Spot or the Cervix and which is located about four inches inside the vagina.

Women also have affiliated erogenous zones (AEZ’s) in breasts, pudenda, and in their labia; and although the number of nerves women have in these locations is higher than men, they normally cannot produce an orgasm by themselves. We will call these FACs for short. They are quite useful for driving a girl completely crazy in ways never experienced by guys.

Just like with men, a woman’s lips, eyes, and emotions are all AEZ’s, all significantly enhance a woman’s sexual experience, and since woman center a lot more emphasis on the emotional side of life, the AEZ response to emotions for women is even more significant.

For women, the emotional connection that can occur during well done foreplay can set her entire experience on a higher path that cannot be travelled any other way. When not done very well it sets her on a different path that turns sex into something that is enjoyable, but in a ho-hum sort of way. In most cases, with a couple “in love” it will be somewhere in the middle. The point behind this series of books is for a women’s experience to be a great deal better than that, and it begins with the emotional connection that can happen during foreplay.

Now we will talk about a man’s stroke for a bit. It should be slow and penetrate fully. This is the only way to fully engage all 4 of a woman’s EZ’s. As he enters her, slow fully stimulates the EZ in her introitus (the entrance) but fast and she’ll never notice it at all, same with a man’s cock passing her GA spot, slow and she feels it fully, fast and she barely notices. As a man’s cock connects with her cervix and stretches it, if it’s fast it can hurt, slow and it is wonderful, and last, when a guy has fully entered his partner, they trade little hip rolls. His is up, hers is down, this brings his pelvic bone across her clitoris. I call a full four EZ orgasm an Epicurean Orgasm because what is an “Epicurean” after all? It is a person who is an educated connoisseur of something, and until you have had an Epicurean Orgasm, you are not a connoisseur of orgasms. That’s all I’m saying for here and now. 

A woman’s orgasm does not peak quickly and pass quickly like a man’s. It can be kept going for a long time. A guy really into his girl can keep her orgasm going at about half the Epicurean level for a lot longer, and nothing that ever happens for a man having sex is as wonderful for him as feeling the response from his girl that he created. Her orgasm is physical and emotional, his is just emotional at this point, but guys do not inhabit their emotions in the way gals do, so it when they do men's emotional reactions are actually more intense than the physical sensations of their orgasm.  This response in him can last as long as hers, is as enjoyable for him as hers and if you want to know more about this, it’s too long a story for here.
